I'm "Unrecognizable" ....

So, apparently I'm "unrecognizable!" Someone I know quite well and have seen often (though it's been a month or so since we last crossed paths) walked right past me, looked right at me and didn't recognize me. When I said hello her response was, Wow! That's crazy! #transformation I'm feeling... amazed.

Going vegan myth.... Weak Hair and Brittle Nails

 And they say vegans have weak hair......   Looks pretty healthy to me... 

Another going vegan myth.... 

Going vegan will deprive your body of necessary nutrients resulting in weak hair and brittle nails.   

FALSE!  

I must disclose...  I have always had long hair, I've never had an issue growing hair, as a matter of fact, there was a time my hair was well over two feet long!  

However, just because my hair was long does not mean it was healthy. I always battled split ends and excessive dryness and because my hair is actually naturally curly, (I do not use relaxers) I dealt with many frizzy hair days.  Today, my hair is incredibly shiny, healthy and super strong.  Flip that!  :)

Sometimes the hardest thing to do is convince ourselves we can! 
Self doubt is a powerful thing, don't give up, don't give in, don't quit. 

We can do it!!
